Pixel Shader 1.1

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this:

 

30x pc's all running the same driver (the latest one) and the latest redist of DirectX9.0c all say:

 

No suitable graphics card found

Could not find a direct3d device that has a direct3d 9 level driver and supports pixel shadder 1.1 or greater.

The program requires pixel shader 1.1 and vertex shadder 1.1

 

This only happens when run as a student. Staff & Administrators on the same PC's can run the software fine, no problems...

 

I'm assuming it's some sort of permissions based problem (it's not a profile thing)

 

 

Software is Kodu 1.0.23.

How about running this as student and run filemon and/or regmon (as administrator) at the same time, 99% of the time you will find the problem.

In the event that someone does run into the same issue...

 

I have got Kodu working now...

 

I don't however, have a solution... it's just started to work and I'm not going to question it...
