I haven't used that brand personally but if that's the kind of price you're looking at, they both have pretty good reviews.

EDIT: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/165285 it costs £199.99 but is 23" LG so might be worth considering.

Anything from Samsung, sorry for no models but there are that many around, they are great quality screens in the Samsungs and they are a really good firm to deal with if you have a problem, a friend found his freeview turner kept locking up on his and they were great to deal with and they came out and swapped the entire set no issues.

I would say - avoid cheap brands like the plague. I got one of the Tesco own brand (Technika) 22" with DVD built in for my bedroom, thinking I wouldn't need much for that room. Massive mistake. Freeview quality was awful, the EPG was awful (couldn't browse through without changing the channel) and slow (often took 5 minutes to get from BBC1 to the other end) and it was a bulky set with an ergonomically AWFUL remote. Real nail in the coffin was the LED that was off when the telly was on, but when you put the set into standby it glowed like a goddamn searchlight. Missus likes complete darkness when she sleeps so it meant I couldn't just use a sleep timer and drift off, I'd have to get out of bed and turn it off at the plug. Awful awful thing.

Got a 22" Hitachi with DVD from Argos in the sales last month and it's gorgeous. Fast, easy to use, slimmer bezel and design overall, and by god the picture quality - it almost rivals my plasma downstairs. So honestly, if you want to have any satisfaction at all - get a brand name you know, for the UI if nothing else. LG and Samsung are both brilliant brands as well, and often not that expensive.
