TS Remote App - Small window!

We are using Windows 2008 Remote Apps to run SIMS from teacher’s laptops.

 

This works fine, however occasionally the remote app, does not show.

 

If users press the “Details” box they get the app running in a small window (see attached example) the app is perfectly functional, but the window is too small to work on effectively.

 

So in Summary, remote apps are losing their seamless integration and reverting to a TS window format.

 

This error happens on various computers for different users. I cannot recreate the error, it just happens sometimes
