Hi, Unfortunately, this is a known bug with Studio 3.7.19. If you previously printed say 3 copies, and come to pront your next flipchart, even though the print dialogue box says '1' copy, it will again print 3 copies There is a workaround however. When in the 'Print' dialogue box, if you physically type over the number of copies (so physically type '1' again in the number of copies box), it will only print 1 copy of the flipchart. In terms of a fix being incorperated, I'm afraid this is extremely unlikely, given that ActivInspire is our latest software variant. (BTW - This works fine in ActivInspire!)
