VLE Content Manager - Great Barr School

Joining an established and growing team of IT professionals, you will help Great Barr School to achieve its mission of being one of the leading schools in the UK for e-Learning by 2012. We have already made great progress but there's plenty more to do.

 

Our VLE is up and running, but we want to develop it further and populate it with high quality content. You will work with the Assistant Head Teacher (E-Learning) and teaching staff to ensure that the VLE is developed to meet the needs of the School and that the content is challenging, innovative and effective in helping our pupils to learn.

 

We plan to extend the VLE and make it available to local primary schools and even a partner school in Sierra Leone.

Probably to prevent discussion about pay etc so people just apply if they want to, or move on.
