cookie_monster Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 (edited) You can lock NFS share down on the S7000 to an IP Address or Network IP range, but there's no password protection. Check this thread I would recommend a dedicated VLAN for XenSever/VMware and NFS, which address most security issues. Yep i'd always recommend at least vlan seperation even a seperate IP subnet as well. Vlan hopping is still possible but it's unlikely. Anyway best stop polluting the thread.
