Wotcha folks - just a quick line to let you know LibProxy is currently down for us (WF4, since 13:40ish)... have flipped everything back to secondaryproxy for now...

Has this been logged to your Local Authority helpdesk?

Doubt it... it tends to go up and down that often that my boss doesn't log it anymore, we just flip our Smoothwall box to secondaryproxy til libproxy comes back up again.

Hi Marci,

 

If we are not made aware of any issues that schools are experiencing it will take us longer to resolve any issues as there is nothing to suggest any problems with Library proxy on our monitoring system. However, monitoring systems are not infallible and we do often rely on schools informing the Local Authority of problems which they then pass to us.
