Just put in the IP address and where it says use SSL choose ON.

Domain should be your domain, ie schoolname.

Username is just your username, ie JBloggs.

Password is obviously your password.

done, i did it manually, bugger the silly exchange wizard on the iphone, just gotta wait for my massive inbox to download now.

Hi, Could you please tell me how you managed to get it to work. I have the 32GB 3GS model and I tried everything but I had no joy to get the email to connect to the exchange. The address is https://24hrsschool.scholname.xx.sch.uk/owa, I was told because we're using an ISA 2000 and it doesn't support Exchange2007.

Any help is welcome and thanks in advance.

Armadillo.

I have just set two up today

You don’t put the http:// in (well I didn’t today)

so:-

24hrsschool.scholname.xx.sch.uk

In the server name field - the rest of the field are very self explanatory.

I had had problems with the newer of the iPhone (had a later version of v3). It would work fine over 3G but not over the wireless. Because we use a firewall i had to make it IP an exception to get it working in the end.

Mine has been syncing well for months email cal and contacts
