Word Printing Problem

Microsoft word wont print what i want it to!!

 

No matter how many copies you select it only prints one, any ideas??

Iv googled it and found similar problems but the stupid LEA wont let me

on any helpfull website

What printer? And what drivers?

All printers, which is 2 OKI's and a lexmark

If you haven't already, reset the printer driver to defaults and also check OKI's website for driver updates.

I've a couple of HP's that do this. I think it's to to with some kind of conflict between the printer driver (PCL6) and the Print management software (Print Manager Plus). I can get it to work using the PCL 5 driver.

all printers are on the latest drivers (PCL 6), its only oding it on the one laptop and we imaged that laptop from a set of 6 so think its a local problem. Strange..... ill just tell the teacher i can fix it with an image and she'l loose her laptop for the day and all her work thats not saved on the network (unless she backs up, thats not my job!)

No teacher will agree to this so she'l just not care about the problem anymore, solved!
