Calling All MK Schools - Sophos Question

Just a quick question for the people in MK.

 

If you get sophos from the council have you noticed that there have been no updates for a while?

We use sophos here in Lancs aswell. The latest update was at 9:12am today.

Last updated = 04/10/2006 09:12:04

which was 08:48 this morning!

What server? This is a primary P2P network here.

its the last time that particular machine you were looking at updated.

Yes, I know, but it checks the LancsNGFL server directly every 30mins. And the LancsNGFL server checks Sophos every hour or so.

 

Historically, I can say from experience we get three updates a day. One early morning. One around Lunchtime and another late afternoon/evening.

Currently The Admin server updates from the LEA parent, then the curric server updates from admin server.

 

Currently looking at the published packages from Sophos Em Library, and the time issued on all packages is 31/07/2006 - and looking in sophos

 

And when the scheduled update runs the log returns the message "no files have changed"

So I'm guessing the problem lies with the LEA?

Yes. Their server must not be updating from Sophos correctly.
