Vista Updates

Hi,

 

a laptop keeps restarting after installing updates.

 

it says Configuring updates, gets to 100% then restarts.

 

Can anyone help with this?

Restore to pre-update time?

Safe mode and check event logs? Boot from a PE environment disc to do the same (is that even possible?) Edited December 14, 2009 by gotenks1321

Try safe mode and system restore, if you cant even get into safe mode do the following

 

Just boot from your windows vista disk

 

Click repair my computer

 

And use system restore
