I reckon I could build "the unblockable"... but I also have plenty of blocking tricks in reserve!

It doesn't cover all the proxies but if you took the top five proxy lists you would get most of them.

Memory is finite and for every list you load onto the proxy, you impact performance. If you can achieve the same result by using regular expressions on the page source, you should. The number of proxies popping up every day is huge, so no list will cover it all. And the idea of having your filter system check 2 million addresses, rather than just look for a regex would impact performance quite a lot.
