Printing Footer

Hi,

 

We would like to know if there is a way to print a footer on all of the documents that get printed. We would just like to have the Username and time of print.

 

Is there an checkbox i have missed or is there software (for RM-CC3) that is free and simple to do this job

You will need some kind of print monitoring software to do this. If you look for Pykota that is probably one that fits the bill but it is Linux based. There maybe an RM thing but I wouldn't know about that.

what model of printers or copiers have you got ?

Mainly Brother printers and the odd few HP Printers
