I alsways find the actual inspection quite peaceful... suddenly everyone can remember their passwords and how to switch the IWB on. They forget again as soon the inspectors go though

I know what you mean about Ofsted following you - one of my schools had Ofsted the first week of term, and the other one last week...Both went from Satisfactory to Good, so maybe I am doing something right
