CD Burning tutorial needed

I need to let someone know how to burn CD's using XP's built in utility.

Does anyone have a link to an idiots guide I could point the fella at?

 

Screen shots/Pictures, clear instructions and easy to follow needed!

 

I've done a Google, but there's nothing I can see that I am comfortable with sending him.

The other option is if you have your own helpdesk type intranet page where they log calls you could do a knowledge base of your own of common issues one of which is how to burn a cd / dvd and put your own how to's together with screen grabs.
