Customer services manager required to help provide reactive and proactive support to schools and LA's. This role may also be suitable for someone with broader SIMS experience form a teaching or education background and who understands education and the importance of MIS. Work form home but lots of client site visits when necessary across the east midlands and home counties areas. This opportunity may suit a teacher, schools admin, la or similar role within the education sector! Customer services manager is there to manage issues and support the customers in maximising the software potential. This is a highly customer facing role so you must be able to present to numbers of 1 to 100 and also work closely with internal teams to achieve customers goals and meet requirements. A good communicator who has proven experience of Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge of SIMS Software Essential, An understanding of schools MIS , Experience of the Education Market

so ordinarily no further north than top of northants, no further east than cambs, no further west than oxford and no further south than greater london

 

but one of the stipulations will be that should a moajor piece of work come up off patch you will be required to muck in or cover other customer support people in other regions

 

overnight stays occassionally

Not really ... this is a role that has come about because we poached ...erm ... employed a Capita chappie so they have restructured a bit. It is good to have Stan back in the fold.

 

I will keep an eye out though and mention to some schools.

well I spoke to the manager this evening and they are going to have a look through candidates I have presented over the next couple of days so asap on any recommendation Ken
