Is this because of space issues? All-in-ones just have more things to break, from a reliability point of view you're better off getting a separate scanner and printer. If you have the room, a separate scanner with a dedicated "copy" button will do nicely, just have it send stuff straight to the printer. If not, your best bet is to think, and look for, "photocopier" instead of "all in one", as "all-in-one" devices generally get sold to consumers, "photocopiers" are generally a bit more robust and intended more for an office environment. No massive difference in functionality. Get something from a print-hire company, their smallest photocopier device, as the running costs will be way lower. I know Sharpe had some snazzy, small models in when we went and had a look at their showroom, although I don't remember the model number. You can probably buy one outright instead of hiring it.
