Dickens Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 Hi, We are a private school and have used compulease for a number of items, projectors, white boards, laptops etc. We currently have issues with them regarding support for some wireless access points that have failed. I'll reserve judgement for the time being until we get to the bottom of the support issues. I'll post more shortly... Paul.

CSI_Leasing Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 have you been intouch with the reseller that provided the equipment as they are surely the support port of call ? I'd echo this. For any leases we are involved with, we do not get involved with the maintenance or support of the equipment, as it is generally the responsibility of the supplier. However, I can't say for certain that this is how Compulease operate.

KWestos Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Looks like A2Z's hard selling is still not doing them any favours!!!!!
Dickens Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 mm-some with 4 posts asks about a company and someone with 1 post replies:spam1:??? regards Simon I'd have hoped that as a new member to the forums I might have been welcomed with a comment other than the suggestion that I was posting spam, but to be fair I can see how my comment looked, and I can see why you might think that to be the case. I can assure you that's not the case, but of couse I'd say that anyway.
SimpleSi Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 As you can imagine, its impossible to distinguish between Spam and something that looks and smells like it Apologies for any offence caused Did you get your support issues sorted? regards Simon
Simcfc73 Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 CP must be classed as spam now, they reply to pretty much every post no matter what the subject. I am wondering if they employ someone as a edugeek replier.

I am wondering if they employ someone as a edugeek replier. I am going to stick up for CPLTD as they have done us some massive savings over the past few months. If it wasn't for the support forums here I would not have found them as a company. Joe is one of the most professional sales guys I have delt with and have the pleasure of dealing with. In fact I can't stick up for this company enough. I can order equipment at 3pm on one day and it be on site as early as pre 8am the next day - Always cheapers than else where. If you have not tried CPLTD I would suggest you give Joe or one of the other members of the team a call and see if they can give you a hand. 1
localzuk Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 There's a difference between spam, simcfc73, and being a sponsor of the site with a very good track history when it comes to getting members of the site good deals. If you've got a problem with a user, I'd suggest not posting it in a public forum like this? Instead a PM to them, or if that's no use, a message in the admins forum is more suitable. Otherwise, you're just derailing a thread, and making unjustified comments. 1
synaesthesia Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 (edited) Sorry, a couple of folks have taken my post in entirely the wrong light - it was supposed to be tongue in cheek & entirely in CPLTD's defence - by pointing out that they are actually a part of the community rather than simply someone with a vetted interest. (vetted? vested?) Sorry for any confusion folks :| + thanks for the neg rep, please feel free to check before sticking a nose in Edited January 27, 2010 by synaesthesia
