Apparently nobody was hurt. And before anyone starts it was a male forklift driver [Again: Apparently]

Reminds me of a accident my friend had on the forklift at his work once, not quite as bad as that, but he worked for a busy Beer distribution company, and accidently miss-judged lifting a pallet of san miguel down from the warehouse racking. Basically he got the forks under the bars supporting the pallet instead of in the pallet, the the entire crate came down right onto the forklift

 

Luckily the safety cage did it's job and he escaped un-injured, but soaked throu with beer and in a state of shock from it. When they cleared the mess up, there were just 2 unbroken bottles left in the whole crate. If it's going down, it's going down quickly!

I worked for a Fork Lift company and saw pictures of a truck on its side with the forks at full height with a cage at the top. Nasty!
