I hope i'm not the only person suffering from slow internet. Not sure if its only schools in the Birmingham area but i have contacted Link2ICT and they have said that about 7-8 schools have been on to report the problem but Netmedia has not said there is anything wrong.

If schools in the birmingham area are getting a slow Internet connection, could you please report it to Link2ICT?

Thanks muchness :)

PS. 4 days to go!!! (not counting this one)

already reported.

There was a problem with the main line to pipex but they have now switched to the backup line(s) and speed seems to be back to normal again.

Should it not automatically switch to the other feed as part of the redundancy?

This would save people having to log faults.
