Costume Dramas

Hi,

 

My aunt is into Costume Dramas. I am going to buy her some DVDs for Christmas. One problem, i am not sure what to get.

 

Any thoughts please?

Witch's list is excellent. I'd maybe add Persuasion (1995 version with Amanda Root and Ciaran Hind) and Sense and Sensibility (2008 David Morrisey) are among my favourites.

My list may be excellent, but this is probably because I spend most of my life avoiding them!
