I have some on my home PC also, I have 4 set up in a RAID10 config, runs like a dream, but I meant for work. They'd NEVER buy me one of these so this is my only oportunity to get it done!

Im curious to hear from you guys the comparison o/s loading time difference between a SSD SAS SATA IDE, would be good to know as I will mabye look at buying one of these in the near future:cool:

Win 7 on SSD - 18 seconds (at home)

Win 7 on SATA - 19 seconds (at home, velociraptor drive).

boot time once its passed the post to getting on edugeek, 17 seconds.

boot time past the post is 12 seconds, onto edugeek its 14 seconds (if you include the log in time)

Been looking at a lot of reviews and it seems the intel ssd's are pretty darned good not seen there price tags though and they did not have any V series kingstons to compare them to so not sure how well they will do against each other.
