The power of the NC10

i'm finally getting round to using virtual boxes for testing apps and the like, and to my supprise the NC10 is coping well.

 

currently running the following;

windows live mesenger,

explorer windows,

firefox - edugeek,

windows media player - playing calvin harris,

one note,

and 2 virtual boxes under InnoTek VirtualBox; one installing XP and the other running server2003... CPU's are running about 65%....

 

anyone else doing anything with their's that proves how powerfull they actually are?

Yeah! to be honest they are pretty powerful machines

Virtual Image of WindowsXP

 

and i have

 

Internet Exporer (loads of tabs) Including Edugeek

Virtual Machine running sometimes

SharePoint Designer

Adobe Fireworks

Word/Excel

MSN

Skype

MS Outlook

Windows Live Mail

i'm shocked... i knew they were good from having it for weeks now but, not this good - this is better than my last 4 pc's put together and it's smaller a microsoft exam book.... amazing stuff.

 

they sell it at a netbook - it really isn't. it's a small powerhouse ideal for buisness. Well done samsung.

 

next thing to try is some rendering and autocad...

i havent.... no need yet... (dont believe i'm saying that...)

I havent upgraded mine to 2gb as of yet but i will just because it can have it.

 

Saying this though, samsung have done a great job but i had an Acer Aspire One from Edugeek Acer Outlet and that was the same would run everything you would normally throw at a general desktop computer :-)
