DaveA Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Hi all, We are looking at getting a sonicwall box installed to replace websense as are content filtering solution. I was just wondering if anyone has this installed and what they think of it. It is their Comprehensive Gateway Security suite we are looking at for content filtering. Thanks Dave.
tom_newton Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 I would personally suggest you may be going from a very competent solution in Websense, to one of the more basic filters on the market - you may find it a bit of a culture shock
smadison Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 We have the NSA 5000 and have found it to be much better than websense. The package we have also has Gateway anti-virus which we have found catches viruses that get through the LEA product. PM me if you want more information.
FN-GM Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 I have used Sonicwall and Websense. Websense is far better than sonicwall. Sonicwall is naff in all honesty. It never seems to get any foreign proxy sites and game sites. My advice is: Dont do it!
