I rodered some components on Monday for our rack-mount-server-in-a-box and had been waitign patiently for them to arrive. Come this mornign I was a little miffed that they hadn't. Checked my email and all I caould see was the invoices all fine and dandy. Checked my online account and saw that I had an order nymber, invoice number and date order placed, but no picked, dispatched dates. Starnge I thought and rung them to see what had gone awry. It turned out that my card had been declined because I put in the wrong card expiry date on the order. It didn't however tell me this when I placed the order, it didn't even throw up a card details incorrect error. Now I'll have to wait until Monday before I get them. Grrrrr!!!!!!

Probably quicker to drive round to Scan's trade counter from where you are!

surprised you did not get an email back to say that your card details were wrong normally places that dont do much checking in place they normally send you an email back stating that the payment was declined and then underneath states the reason ie wrong card details or w/e

Can be hit and miss with scan, I have been shopping with them for over 5 years, as a private cutomer and for the schools I have worked at.

Fax never received was quite usual, I prefer to deal in person with petty cash if possible as I'm spitting distance.

On the counter, If you know exactly what you want your fine, if you want advice it depends who you get.

hahaha, I read that as "Why didn't you call me 'Bud'?" (as in using the name "Bud" when addressing you) which is different to "Why didn't you call me, bud?" (as in asking why he didn't contact you and then referring to him as "Bud").
