mattx Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 I am testing ESXi 4.0 but would you believe it - the onboard NIC is not supported [ Realtek ] - so am I getting the Failed to load tmp & Failed to load lvmdriver messages when going to install. Can someone quote me a known working NIC I can install that ESXi will support ?

When it comes to NIC's, expecially in VMWare, I've always found you get less problems sticking with Intel.
