I thought this was suppose to be structured so it gave schools more flexbility in choosing a provider, but this seems to have gone to the extreme. I know these are subject to change but this is confusing for an ISP only school.

 

Alright some of the changes I welcome, but some create more problems than its worth and I can't see how they would work in some schools.

 

I'm hoping these are guidlines for schools using the Broker services to keep them more unified.

 

A school like ours would want more control over how it operates otherwise we might as well leave the LSN.

 

Time to ring Jez or Alan me thinks!!

I spoke to Alan a couple of weeks ago about it and he's welcoming feedback (said it had been "mixed" so far) - he sent out a "what do you think/what's broken?" circular email afterwards asking for feedback. A fair bit of the content made us go WTF?
