As I'm typing it will suddenly close Internet Explorer, can anyone help? I am using RM CC3 and it's on IE6+7. I have already done the usual checks, searching for spyware and viruses. ron Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 I would suggest installing IE8 or re-installing the version currently installed. If you search for this issue in google most suggestions are to re-install.

Are you searching from the the built-in search box or navigating to google and then searching? What do the proxy logs say when it happens? Do you have any forensics software running on the machine (screen grabbing etc)? If you turn off all accelerators / addons in IE8, does it still do it? Is there any overzealous software restrictions / content / executable checking turned on in RM?* If you remove the RM components and take it off the domain, does it still happen? *never used it.
