Ranger - Change Proxy Settings

Hi,

 

I have just start to support another local school who is using Ranger. I am only used to RM CC3 & 4.

 

I need to change the proxy settings for all computer / users.

 

How do I do this in Ranger?

 

Also, do I download Windows updates manually on Ranger or do they provide patches like RM?

in ranger administrator you will need to expand the first tree (name escapes me), it should give you the option on one of the tabs there.

 

Nope, no patches, trusty wsus is your friend with ranger.

Hi many thanks for your help & support.

 

I will visit the school this week and take a look.

 

Is it okay to purge though all updates ,including SP3 for Windows XP and IE 8.0?
