This isn't about being anti-Apple... it's about being anti-companies-who-think-they-can-get-away-with-injuring-customers!

hahaha I was just saying... and yes I do understand the topic thank you :D

On the flip side I heard recently that the scorch marks that White iPhone owners were experiencing were found to be pouch stains, rubbings from leather pouches user had been using. That I foubnd highly humorous.

Exploding devices sound like poor quality batteries - just like those Sony made which were recalled.

Nothing amazing about that... Other than the hushing up bit. That's not a good business move.

I find it most cost effective to get a cheap, reliable low end nokia and save the money. Don't see the point of owning a fancy pants phone when paying all the important bills is hard enough already :p

Tried that I aint so keen on it - controls were too fiddly and Ive looked at the HTC range and not keen on those either lol.

Weirdo! :D Everyone must like the same phone as me! :p

I find it invaluable to be honest. When travelling I can just pull up train times, and the platform they are leaving from before I get to the station - to prevent the mad dash to find out where things are. GPS and maps helps me get around strange towns I don't know. I have a proper keyboard to type emails and texts. I have a link to my gmail calendar, so can get anything on there wherever I am.

A cheap phone is all well and good - but I'd say this is quite cheap. £30 a month for 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 1Gb of data. Can't complain...

The G2 is pretty much the same phone, but with a better camera and without a keyboard.

What didn't you like about the interface? I've yet to find a single problem with it.
