Our SBM has created a list in access of all her contacts that she has, she wants to be able to have something like a form with all the contacts listed with check boxes next to them, so that she can check the ones she wants to send a certain email to and click a button so they will all go into outlook ready for her to type her message and press send.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how would i go about setting this up for her?

I know it's petty of moi... but... why can't she add the contacts to Outlook and use Outlook to achieve this?

you can search your own local contact list for contacts and choose which ones to add using the "Address Book" when you compose a new email...

As for using Access, it may be possible to tell Outlook about the accounts you want to send to using VBA etc... but at the hassle it may cause, you could set Access up to either send the emails itself or send the emails through Outlook.

I guess forming a mailto: link on the fly is probably your best bet, but it's a long time since I did anything serious with Access!

Export it as CSV and import that into Outlook does sound like a good option, as DrPerceptron says!
