Our bursar just got the tax refund spam. Must be doing the rounds again.

Hi, Just got this email aswell. Found it here so it seems they are trying this fraud in 2013 as well.

The sad thing is that scams like this just need to work once in every 1000 to be extremely profitable. Im not sure how to report a scam like this?
