I have managed to gain few customers from June 1st till this date. Iv done few works for some small business and I want to take a step futher. How do I write a contract agreement and how do I bring it to my customers. I have no idea where to start about doing up a contract agreement. Can someone please help?

Thanks.

I think ideally you would need to get a solicitor involved to help you write up the contract - just to ensure that everything is water tight.

Why dont you innocently call a couple of smaller support companies and ask them to send you their terms and conditons. I'm sure you can tweek them with the help of a Solicitor which will work out cheaper than trying to get a Solicitor to draw one up for you. Naughty but not wrong.

I don't see what's wrong with that approach. If you approach some companies and say that you're in need of their professional services, they have two options - give you what you're requesting ... or not. In the present climate, they'd be stupid to turn down the possibility of gaining another client!
