Dear all,

 

We've recently had SLG2 installed, but i cannot remember what version was installed. Can anyone tell me how I go about checking what version of sims learning gateway is on there?

You could look at the more information tab in add / remove programs I guess. Or if you mean which sims update it won't work if you have a newer sims release so if you have the june update installed you must be using the SLG2 june release.

Advice To check this make sure you are on the server it is installed on.

 

 

Go to Start > Control Panel

Add/Remove Programs

 

 

On Server 2003:

Locate the SLG App Tier and Web Tier items and click on Support Information for each

 

 

On Server 2008:

Right click on the columns

Select More

Make sure version is Ticked

Scroll across

You will be able to see the versions of ADP and SLG

Check the version of ADPS in the list
