I've just stumbled upon Prism by Mozilla Labs (Prism)

It's a lovely piece of software which allows you to have a website open as a standalone application (of sorts). It's completely separate from your browser so doesn't interfere with it at all.

It comes as either an installable application or a Firefox add-on.

Take a look at the features list on the website to see what else it does.

Personally, I use it to access my Google Calendar.

Double-click the icon on my desktop and there it is already logged in.

Lovin' it. :D

Looks good.

Jamin100, what problems are you having with ePortal? I thought it was something that I had done. Some times it wont log on, other times it will just hang that sort of thing.

Used it here for ages for our users to access our internal Zimbra email server. It's good :) I even scripted a nice popup notification for new mails (at the request of staff) but after a while they decided they didn't want new mail notification.

It also allows the adding of attachments to new messages via drag and drop.

IE 6/7/8 either wont log on to e-portal or if they do log on the registers wont submit.

I have a feeling it MAY be to do with policy central but i havnt checked that out yet.

E-portal works fine in every other browser just not one from Microsoft.
