mac_shinobi Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 As for mornings etc, I am not a morning person, I wake up about 10am-ish really, so anything before I'm on Auto-Pilot tbh, I'm much more a night owl Yeah am pretty much the same in that respect - I feel knackered if I wake up too early and I can't think straight and it takes me a few hours to get going lol
jamesb Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 Yeah am pretty much the same in that respect - I feel knackered if I wake up too early and I can't think straight and it takes me a few hours to get going lol I'm the opposite, if I wake up too late it slows me down all day. Usually I'm awake around six, today I overslept until ten and now I can't summon up the energy to do anything. Plus I have a headache from oversleeping.

Nah never had that problem - If Im up too early ie before say 7 then my eyes start stinging after a while and I just cant concentrate or focus
Little-Miss Posted July 11, 2009 Author Posted July 11, 2009 Ah, glad there are people out there like me. Never have been an early riser. It's an on going joke at work about me in the mornings.
tom_newton Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Laserblazer: sounds like this place, only s/kids/sales team/g I usually do 07:45->17:45, give or take 15 mins. Most work done 08:30->09:30 (got reading edugeek out of the way, but still not everyone else is at full steam, so they've yet to come hassle me )
SYNACK Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Ah, mornings. For me A.M. stands for Ain't Moving. I run at a very reduced capacity for the first chunk of the day.
tom_newton Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 ...back to boilers though, mines a PITA - have to set the shower to "parboil" in order to get any warm at all, and then sloooowly creep it down. Took 15 minutes to get to temperature this morning, despite running the hot tap for 5 first. Dunno wether to look at boiler, pipes, or valve 1st :-/
