About bl**dy time i've been using it since the C64 was around (well it feels like it) typical OSS project how many pre release versions can you have. Well they got there at last and I do like it :)

Pretty sure it does a silent install with a switch so if you need an MSI you can just use the MSI wrapper wizard to make it go.

 

It doesn't actually need installing - you can just copy the files into a folder and it works.

I used WinInstall and it creates a very basic clean msi of it and it deploys very well.

 

Steve, if you just install it to a folder on the network do you need a script to set file associations?

Yes - you can do it with ftype/assoc commands.

 

The silent install switch is just /S (case sensitive) and that will then give you the standard set of file associations.
