Content Creation - wont save / add to html

A few problems with adding content / changing content on our joomla site

 

When i try top edit existing content a few things happen

 

First of all when i click on the html button in the content editor a blank window pops up, this happens in IE, Firefox and Safari.

 

On other occasions the SAve, Preview and Update buttons do not respond at all. My site is turning in to sections which are now locked and i cannot update

 

PLEASE HELP!.

have you done a global check in yet? I dont use the eduJoomla package but i suggest you do both a global checkin and a reboot of the server (if wamp) or services (if lamp).

 

Has this problem just occured? Or has it been encroaching? Or has it never worked?
