KWestos Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 Our admin server decides to shut itself down every evening at around 7:30pm, about half an hour before the backup starts. This has been happening for 4 days now and every morning the logon wants to know the reason for the abrupt shutdown. The logs do not say anything at all. Anybody have any ideas? Many thanks

IanT Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 Whats the server make, Dell or HP. You checked the HP Management Tools, Dell OpenManage? Is it plugged into a UPS, dodgy PSU?
