Is there any software for intel based macs that can anti-alias videos? I have googled but with no joy. The cameras we use are really bad at recording fast moving objects, with no settings to change on the camer. Ideally the video could be enhanced on the mac before importing into Final Cut.

Looks from a quick glance like your video is interlaced ([ame=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interlace]Interlace - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/ame]). There are a couple of options - scale the video down to 50% (that will drop half the fields and you'll loose the interlacing), or use some software to de-interlace. I'm sure FCP has suitable filters available (or you could set the field dominance to none). I've used to use AviSynth in the past for plenty of filtering - it's got a couple of very nice de-interlacing filters available.
