Number of articles on front page

Whatever I try I cannot get the front page to display more than three articles. Is there a way round this?

From the backend navigate to Menus > Main Menu > Select Home

 

On the right you will see a box # Leading This value is the number of articles to be shown.

 

Of course. Silly me!
