Hi,

I've been trying to add in a website into the 'bypass' list in the CC3 MMC. All ok with the MMC i can see the site added fine.

However i'm still getting blocked and I wondered where this was set in the 2003 AD GPO.

@Theblacksheep:

Would that be in the RMMC configuaration settings>internet and E-mail settings> under proxy in the drop down?

Hi Bossman, thanks for the reply, yeah thats the one...

My boss here just found it on establishments/properties/admin templates/research machines/proxy server

Although adding it in didn't work.

I added the same address local on the machine through tools/options/connections/lan settings/advanced

I cant do this for the students as they cant access this setting on the brower.

Do i need to wait for replication in order to pass this down to the clients?

FYI: I'm using a web browser to connect to the VMware View VDI connection server to get access to desktops on the VMware hosts.

I find that the RMMC config for bypassing proxies does not work. After modifying the GPO directly, however...it did.:cool:

Since then, I havn't bothered with that funcionality of RMMC.
