Didn't on mine but I still find it as temperamental as previous versions.

I've been running the beta of 4.2 for several months now and not had any problems at all with it.

Don't remeber them before, but I've got Discuss, Mobile Favourites and Research buttons on the IE toolbar now. Did ActiveSync 4.2 do all of that?

YUp, they were there before, or could be if you turned them on
