The notebook comes installed with Microsoft Windows Vista Business but has XP Pro media, should you wish to revert back to XP Pro. Its not really an upgrade or a downgrade, it just gives you the option to keep the Vista Business on it or run it with XP Pro

The pricing I have listed above includes an additional 2 years extended warranty, not just the standard 1 year warranty. This is usually around £40-£50 when bought separately
