With a centralised delivery model IT Services provides information technology and communications services to 10,000 staff and student users. The School's IT support for academic and research students is delivered by three teams. As part of one of these teams, you will provide a range of IT support activities including the installation and maintenance of hardware, software and peripherals in a networked Windows environment. You will need excellent customer service and communication skills, with a logical approach to diagnosing and resolving problems. You will have knowledge and experience of MS Office and other commonly used desktop applications, remote assistance software (ideally logmein) and logging calls concisely and accurately in a service desk system (Support Works). dwhyte85 Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 The wage is really good, it's a modest ask in requirements for the wage - I guess the getting to might be a problem with trains and cost though
