We are thinking of buying 50 computers from Evesham with a 3yr NBD onsite warranty.

Has any one ogt any feedback from using Evesham ontheir after sales service and warranties, also their kit?

I've used them in previous jobs to provide workstations and servers and haven't had any complaints. Haven't used their kit recently, though.

Hmmm. I brought 8 Evesham Voyager 3200 laptops 3 years ago after they were A-Listed by PC Pro. The 3 years on-site rapidly turned into RTB (with no swap uot) as they repeatedly failed with NIC and motherboard problems. I would not buy from them again simply because it is to much effort to get them to do anything.

On a more positive note however. LG have shifted their monitor support from the NE where no one picked up the phone, or answered faxes and e-mail, to the south where they picked up first time, and arranged a swap out for two LCD displays whoes power switches are broken. One of these was out of warrenty, but because I could not get through previously agreed to honour the terms of the warrenty. Nice one guys.

We Have used the IT Support Centre Ltd for 3 years now and have had very good service plus very good prices. latest quote includes 17" neovo hardglass Tfts with 3.0Ghz 512Mb and 80Gb harddrives 7200rpm with XPpro and office 2003 licenses with 4 years RTB warranty except monitor which has 3 years manufacturers warranty for £485.00 and have had no probs building onto the network. Ask for Rachael Shalloe tell her Adrian told you about them. Tel:01543458714.

we got a quote from Evesham computers i think it was last year, and they turned out to be quite pricey so in the end we decided to go with Viglen, Ive recently bought from Stone Computers which also are nice machines.

I know there was a thread which said they sent out a lot of SPAM emails, but ive never got any from them and there warrenties are suppose to be very good aswell
