Is this a spoof email

I've had this email forwarded to me today that seems to come from Capita. However a couple of things set those little alarm bells off in my head and I think this could be a spoof. I've put a copy below and underline the things that alerted me. After looking on the official website it could be genuine but I would like some reassurance.

If it is official he just got a lesson in spelling and grammar.

Check the headers of the e-mail, see if they match up - could just be a bit poo with spelling, I know I am without my trusty spellchecker!

If it isn't a spoof then the sender should not be allowed to send out anything else until a re-education course involving spelling, punctuation and grammar has been undertaken.

Phone a Genuine capita number and ask to speak to him, they should be able to put you through, or tell you a number to phone

Perhaps semi-literate Liam used to work in coding for SIMS - that might explain a few things...
