Has anyone had this problem? Started happening this morning and displays the message for every single clip. Tried clearing browsing history, different browser but to no avail ...

no not particularly a music video, it is affecting all clips

Some time you tube show down some of its server

 

try typing this address youtube.com without www. at the start see if that makes any differents.

 

Also found this on a website it may help

 

if you've got Google Web Accelerator or something

similar to it...dump it, burn it, trash it, disable it, uninstall it;

do all you can to get rid of it -- even though this contradicts

my advice uptop. GWA conflicts with YouTube. Clicking on

"Don't Accelerate This Website" won't help you whatsoever.

(Some downloaders and converters also ruin YouTube too.)

It happened to us this morning, we have a cachepilot filtering system and added this line to the allow list:

 

lscache*.googlevideo.com/videoplayback

 

Seems google who now owns youtube changed the links to where all those vids are stored, or redirected them.

It could be one of two things. Either Google has deleted the videos or as already suggested, the videos have been moved. The last time the clip was watched, it's been cached by the looks of things.

 

Does Ctrl+F5 make any difference?

We had a similar issue and found that adding &fmt=16 or 18 or 22 to the end of the movie url made the clips play.

 

i.e. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTG5isJYURc]YouTube - My whole world in my hand[/ame] wont play but

 

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTG5isJYURc&fmt=16]YouTube - My whole world in my hand[/ame] works fine.

we use netsweeper so will add that line in and try the other suggestions too.
