Search description field in event viewer?

Hi all, could anyone tell me if they know a way to enter a search parameter for the "Description" field in the event viewer on Windows Server 2003?

 

I've recently set up auditing of deleted files which seems to be pulling the results up great when you browse through them, but obviously with so many results I need to search, to track down who deleted a particular file I need to search for the file location in the event viewer which is located in the "Description" field - anyone know any way this may be possible?
