Managed Printers

Does anyone use/can recommend a company that offers a manged printing solution, ie: provides a printer for a certain amount per month which includes free toner and service.

We've just had a chap in from Konica/Minolta offering MFP's for around £100 per quarter and VERY cheap cost per page.

We use DTP for all our HP printers and MFPs - they work pretty well (although they've just put the mag card reader on a new printer "upside down" compared to the last one and this is causing major confusion :-))

 

In my last place we looked at leasing but decided the cost wasn't quite right; we were talking to XMA particularly for Kyocera printers (we'd already got photocopiers from another company and we used the Equitrac software. This also allowed us to manage the printer charging)

Not the cheapest, but they supply Xerox which in my experience are rock solid printers which give almost no hassle.

We're going down the Ricoh route here, though I have misgivings about how robust the kit will be, when under fire from our lot...

We've gone down the Rocih route, the kit is very good.

Our printing is out sourced to Servicepoint, who use Canon printers
